Perhaps this is more in the "Celebration" mode, but it also refers
to circuses and fairs==locations for a child to find magic and merriment.
The colors blast out in fullest hues, with excessive reds, and joyous
wheels, arrows, coils, bands and stars.
Artists and poets would like us all to harken to the wonder that
many children experience in play. As we grow older, we supposedly attain
wisdom with our years--only to sacrifice the joy of discovery & surprise.
