Chinese New Year

CELEBRATION--now the Chinese New Year! (as with other of my
assemblages==a recurring theme). Note the bright colors, a flashing
flare/banner, circular spotlights and other items of cheer.
I lived for several years in San Francisco Chinatown, always
enjoying each year's joyous madness. Unfortunately, this visual
presentation cannot share the incredible (often shrill) music, nor offer
the delectable foods perfuming the air (and pleasing our bellies). See you
on Grant Ave next February!
